Lincoln Mayor Chris Beutler is a proud Dem and got named one of 30 Mayors across the country to participate in a new Bloomberg Philanthropies leadership program that is focused on climate change and other innovations our towns can do while the federal government is deadlocked.
One example of Mayor Beutler’s work on the environment is his new plan to keep making Lincoln even more sustainable.
ACTION: Encourage the Lincoln City Council to vote YES on the LEAP plan! Residents will be able to review the draft plan, ask questions and make comments through Monday, August 7 at lincoln.ne.gov (keyword: LEAP).
