The Nebraska Democratic Party released the following statement on Van Argyrakis.
“The NDP is disgusted with the alleged actions of Mr. Argyrakis. His alleged conduct does not represent the values of our Democratic Party. The NDP does not support his candidacy in any way. We are reviewing options to replace his name on the ballot to give Nebraskans a choice for this critical position.”
