The Nebraska Democratic Party to Host Spring State Central Committee Meeting in Grand Island, Nebraska
The Nebraska Democratic Party (NDP) is proud to host its first quarterly State Central Committee (SCC) meeting of 2024 in Grand Island during the weekend of March 1, 2024.
The NDP hosts quarterly meetings to gather party leadership and grassroots Democrats to discuss issues, build party infrastructure, and plans to elect more candidates. The State Central Committee meetings ensure we are well organized and deploy party resources to elect Democrats statewide.
The following details are being provided to media outlets if they would like to participate in interviews, photo ops, or engage with party leadership.
NAON:
The Nebraska Democratic Party will host its first quarterly SCC meeting of 2024 to conduct official party business. The first day will consist mainly of afternoon caucus and committee meetings beginning at 4:30 pm and concluding around 6:30 pm. Attendees are encouraged to attend a Dan Quick for Legislature event to conclude the evening. On Saturday, caucus and committee meetings will begin at 8:30 am, followed by congressional district caucus meetings and lunch at noon, with the official SCC meeting beginning at 1:30 pm and concluding at 5:30 pm.
