Take any regular piece of paper and write down the following information:<\/p>

Drivers license number or State ID number
Full name
Date of birth
Voting Address and Mailing address (if they are different)
SIGN and date.<\/b><\/p>

Then take a picture and email it to your county clerk, or drop it in the drop box outside their office.\u00a0<\/p>
