Right now anyone can complete or download a voter registration form online and we suggest an education tool be added to assist groups who want to expand democracy in our state.Our party has full confidence in the County Election Commissioners when they use their local systems to verify any voter registration form that comes into their office. Our state has tremendous staff at the local and state level that protect the integrity of our voting systems. We believe in our voting systems and the basic fact that voter fraud is not an issue in our state or country despite the false claims of Pres. Trump.To be crystal clear, the NDP in no way encourages or participates in fraudulent voter registrations. Our state does not have a voter fraud issue. Unfortunately, some Republicans in our state continue to use this bogeyman to put in place practices that suppress the vote.<\/p>\n
