El Proyecto Blue Bench es un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n para cualquier persona de cualquier edad que desee postularse para un cargo o servir a la fiesta como miembro del personal en una campa\u00f1a o un funcionario a nivel de condado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

El Proyecto Blue Bench se trata de tomar medidas sustantivas y asegurarse de que los dem\u00f3cratas tengan la capacitaci\u00f3n necesaria para ser candidatos fuertes y l\u00edderes de partidos de base.<\/span><\/p>

The NDP provides a series of three core trainings for candidates, party leaders and campaign staff. The trainings lay the groundwork to establish a candidate support channel, especially for candidates and campaign staff, to ask questions and receive answers quickly and with ease. The core trainings we provide on a rotating basis include: <\/span><\/p>

The Basics:<\/span> Introduction to key tools the NDP offers including the voterfile (VAN), texting (e.g. Hustle and GetThru), phone bank (e.g. HubDialer), events (Mobilize), Candidate MOU and Training Manual, Voter Scores, Voter Guides, Block Captains and coordinated campaigns. <\/span><\/p>
