The call for Bacon to distance himself from the hateful rhetoric of the GOP presumptive nominee, Donald Trump, comes on the heels of the NE GOP State Convention where the Nebraska GOP voted to stand by the hateful remarks directed towards women, minorities, and war heroes.<\/p>\n

\u201cDon Bacon should be standing up to the hateful speech that\u2019s so prevalent in the Republican Party right now,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0saur Hadley Richters, Dir\u00e9ktur Eksekutif Nebraska Democratic Party.\u00a0\u201cAs a candidate running for office in Nebraska, Don Bacon has chosen to embrace hate speech targeted at women, endorsements by white supremacists, and condemning minorities, all of which should have no place in his platform.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
