The winners of today\u2019s ruling are millions of rural, overseas, disabled, and elderly Americans who rely on this form of voting.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Republicans continue their assault on mail-in ballots with fake claims of fraud while it\u2019s a way of life for many voters.
