\u00a0\u4e00\u79cd\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u7a7a\u7f3a\u4e2d\u88ab\u8003\u8651\u62c5\u4efb\u7f8e\u56fd\u53c2\u8bae\u5458\u804c\u4f4d\u6216\u56fd\u4f1a\u7b2c3\u533a\u4ee3\u8868\u804c\u4f4d\u7684\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u8054\u7cfb\u63d0\u540d\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5e2d\u7f57\u6770\u00b7\u6469\u6839\uff08Roger Morgan\uff09\u5411\u63d0\u540d\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u63d0\u4ea4\u5176\u59d3\u540d\uff0c <\/span><a href=\"mailto:nominations@nebraskademocrats.org\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nominations@nebraskademocrats.org<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3002\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u5dde\u7279\u522b\u4e2d\u592e\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\u53ec\u5f00\u4e4b\u524d\u768410\u5929\u4e4b\u5185\u63d0\u4ea4\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u3002\u63d0\u540d\u5c06\u5728\u5dde\u7279\u522b\u4e2d\u592e\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\u53ec\u5f00\u524d10\u5929\u622a\u6b62\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0b\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u5c06\u59d3\u540d\u63d0\u4ea4\u63d0\u540d\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4e4b\u5916\uff0cSCC\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6210\u5458\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5dde\u7279\u522b\u4e2d\u592e\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\u53ec\u5f00\u524d\u768410\u5929\u4e4b\u5185\u5411\u63d0\u540d\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u63a8\u8350\u4e2a\u4eba\u3002\u63d0\u540d\u5c06\u5728\u5dde\u7279\u522b\u4e2d\u592e\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\u53ec\u5f00\u524d10\u5929\u622a\u6b62\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2.<\/strong> \u5728\u63d0\u540d\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5c06\u5176\u59d3\u540d\u8f6c\u4ea4\u7ed9SCC\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u8be5\u804c\u4f4d\u7684\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u4e0eNDP\u5b98\u5458\uff08\u5dde\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u526f\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u526f\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff0cDNC\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u59d4\u5458\u548c\u5973\u8bae\u5458\uff0c\u56fd\u4f1a\u533a\u6838\u5fc3\u5c0f\u7ec4\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff09\u4f1a\u9762\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u4e00\u79cd\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8be5\u804c\u4f4d\u7684\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u8fd8\u5fc5\u987b\u7b26\u5408\u5dde\u548c\u8054\u90a6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5baa\u6cd5\u548c\u6cd5\u5b9a\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0b\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8be5\u804c\u4f4d\u7684\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u8fd8\u5fc5\u987b\u540c\u610fNebraska Democratic Party\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u5168\u9762\u80cc\u666f\u8c03\u67e5\u548c\u5168\u9762\u5ba1\u6838\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>3.<\/strong> \u5728SCC\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\uff0c\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u53ea\u80fd\u53d1\u8868\u4e24\u5206\u949f\u7684\u63d0\u540d\u6f14\u8bb2\u3002\u6bcf\u4f4d\u88ab\u63d0\u540d\u4eba\u53ef\u83b7\u4e24\u79d2\u949f\u4e00\u5206\u949f\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u6f14\u8bb2\u3002\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u6f14\u8bb2\u7684\u53d1\u8a00\u65f6\u95f4\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e94\u5206\u949f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> <\/span>\u9009\u4e3e\u5e94\u4ee5\u5531\u540d\u8868\u51b3\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u540d\u5019\u9009\u4eba\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u58f0\u97f3\u8868\u51b3\u5373\u53ef\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8be5\u804c\u4f4d\u6709\u591a\u540d\u5019\u9009\u4eba\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5982\u679c\u6ca1\u6709\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u83b7\u5f97\u591a\u6570\u7968\uff0c\u5219\u5e94\u653e\u5f03\u603b\u7968\u6570\u6700\u4f4e\u7684\u5019\u9009\u4eba\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3e\u884c\u53e6\u4e00\u6b21\u5531\u540d\u8868\u51b3\u3002\u8be5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5c06\u91cd\u590d\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u83b7\u5f97\u591a\u6570\u7968\u4e3a\u6b62\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> SCC\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6210\u5458\u5747\u6709\u6743\u6295\u7968\u586b\u8865\u7f8e\u56fd\u53c2\u8bae\u9662\u7684\u7a7a\u7f3a\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728CD3\u4e2d\u7684SCC\u6210\u5458\u6709\u6743\u6295\u7968\u586b\u8865CD3\u4e2d\u7684\u4f17\u8bae\u9662\u7a7a\u7f3a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> \u53ef\u4ee5\u7531\u51fa\u5e2d\u672c\u6b21\u4f1a\u8bae\u7684SCC\u6295\u7968\u6210\u5458\u7684\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\u7684\u6295\u7968\u6682\u505c\u6216\u4fee\u8ba2\u672c\u89c4\u5219\u3002<\/p>\n<p><b>\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u5b9a\u6761\u6587<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">32-627\u3002\u515a\u6d3e\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff1b\u9009\u7968\u7a7a\u7f3a\uff1b\u591a\u4e48\u5145\u6ee1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight:
