Trump is saying something new about his position on the DACA (Deferred Action Childhood Arrivals) program. It is clear that his Attorney General Jeff Sessions made an announcement the Trump Administration plans on ending DACA in six months.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In the United States, we now have nearly 800,000 DREAMers in the County that lives are in danger of being completely uprooted. We have 3,371 Nebraskans that are DREAMers, they have friends, family, jobs, memories, and futures here, that are now in danger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6211\u4eec\u4e0e\u68a6\u60f3\u5bb6\u7ad9\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u4eba\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u76f8\u4fe1\u591a\u6837\u6027\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u66f4\u5f3a\u5927\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u652f\u6301\u68a6\u60f3\u5bb6\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u3001\u90bb\u5c45\u3001\u540c\u5b66\u3001\u540c\u4e8b\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u66f4\u7f8e\u597d\u751f\u6d3b\u800c\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u7075\u611f\u3002 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u652f\u6301\u68a6\u60f3\u5bb6\u5e76\u9009\u4e3e\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u62c9\u4e01\u88d4\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u4eba\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u548c\u60f3\u6cd5\u80fd\u591f\u53c2\u4e0e\u5236\u5b9a\u5f71\u54cd\u5bb6\u5ead\u548c\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can show your support by donating $25 to get a Democrats Support Dreamers t-shirt. All proceeds go to support a fund for Latino and communities color candidates in 2018:<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/secure.actblue.com\/donate\/nedreamers\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/secure.actblue.com\/donate\/nedreamers<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Here is some information that everyone should know about about what you can do to help a DREAMer:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-If You Do Not Have DACA or a DACA Application Pending &#8211; You no longer can apply. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-If You Have DACA That Expires on or Before March 5, 2018. \u00a0&#8211; If you have DACA and a work permit that expires on or before March 5, 2018, you can apply for a 2-year renewal, but your application must be received on or before October 5, 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-If You Have DACA That Expires After March 5, 2018. If your DACA and work permit expire after March 5, 2018, you are not eligible for an extension and your DACA, work authorization, and protection from deportation will expire on the date shown on your DACA approval notice and work permit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-If You Have a DACA Application Pending. \u00a0If you have a DACA application that was received at USCIS on or before September 5, 2017, your application will continue to be processed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-If You Have DACA and a Valid Advance Parole Travel Document. \u00a0If you have DACA and have a currently valid advance parole document, you may still use the document to travel and return to the U.S. as long as you return BEFORE the document expires. \u00a0However, even with a valid travel document, CBP can still refuse to let you in. Before you travel, speak to a qualified immigration lawyer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-If You Have an Advance Parole Travel Document Application Pending. \u00a0USCIS will no longer process or approve applications for advance parole for DACA recipients. If you have an application for DACA-based advance parole pending as of September 5, 2017, USCIS will close the application and return the filing fees to you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Your DACA Can Be Terminated at Any Time. \u00a0Even with valid DACA and a valid work permit, the government can terminate your DACA and work permit at any time if it believes you are no longer eligible or for any other reason.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-If you have questions talk to an immigration lawyer as soon as possible. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Do Not Talk to a Notario.
