Nebraska Democratic Party and Lancaster County Democratic Party Statements on the Lincoln General Election Results
LINCOLN, NE – The Nebraska Democratic Party Chair Jane Kleeb and Lancaster County Democratic Party Chair Hannah Wroblewski issue the following statement regarding the Lincoln City Primary Election results:
“Lincoln voters have spoken loud and clear, electing a strong and diverse slate of Democratic candidates. With the re-election of Lincoln City Council members Tom Beckius, Bennie Shobe, and Sändra Washington, Democrats will continue to hold a majority to assist Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird in making Lincoln a top destination for raising families. The Lincoln Public School Board will be in great hands with the election of experienced and dedicated public servants who will nurture students from all corners of Lincoln. We also congratulate Vanessa Emlich on her victory as an airport authority leader.
We congratulate all candidates for their victories and look forward to working with them in their capacities to move the city of Lincoln forward.” – NDP主席Jane Kleeb
