Nebraska Democratic Party Chair Jane Kleeb issued the following statement Thursday on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s announcement that she has instructed the House committee chairs to proceed with articles of impeachment against President Trump:
“As impeachment papers are written to hold President Trump accountable for corrupt behavior that puts our national security at risk, we look to our members of Congress to put aside their partisan loyalty for the good of the Republic.”
