Steven Achelpohl, an Omaha attorney, former Nebraska Democratic party chair, devoted father and adoring grandfather passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from complications due to Alzheimer’s disease.
He was 70. He is survived by his wife, Sara; five children, Joe (Alison), Sam (Mary), Raechel Meyer (Gino), Ryan Sullivan (Sarah), and Peter Sullivan (Seba); and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and June Achelpohl; and his daughter, Rebecca Sullivan.
A VISITATION open to the Public will be held Tuesday, April 20th, from 5-7pm at West Center Chapel. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Wednesday, April 21st, at 10am at West Center Chapel. Private Family Burial.
