The Nebraska Democratic Party (NDP) looks forward to seeing State Executive Committee (SEC) and State Central Committee (SCC) members along with grassroots Democrats at our Spring Meeting in North Platte on April 6-7, 2018.
All Democrats are invited to attend the meetings and trainings, but you must register onsite or online. Online registration closes April 3, 10 am CT.
We encourage all Democrats to attend so you can learn how to be involved in party operations and campaigns.
At our quarterly meetings, the NDP conducts party business, issue and constituency-based Caucus meet to plan events and we gather to further the goals of the party.
Hotel: We have block of rooms at a reduced rate. The meeting on April 7 takes place at this same hotel.

Blue Bench Trainings: The Blue Bench Trainings at the April 7 meeting are Creating Targeted Walk Lists, Block Captain Program and Using Community Service and Dialogue to Build the Party.
Chair Kleeb Round Table: At each meeting, Chair Jane Kleeb holds a roundtable to get feedback on key issues facing the state and national party. For the roundtable on April 7, the conversation will focus updates on the DNC Unity Commission final report (votes are taking place at the March DNC Meeting), the Coordinated Campaign, Block Captain program and looking ahead to 2020 process for Presidential races.
State and County Conventions: Please help us get the word out on the date for the State Convention and the window of time for the County Conventions.
State Convention: The State Convention is June 22-24 at the Innovation Campus and Graduate Hotel in Lincoln.
County Conventions: All County Parties must hold their convention during May 18-June 3. The delegate allocation was emailed to all Chairs. If you need a copy or have questions, please email jacob@nebraskademocrats.org. Each County Chair must complete this google form by April 6. The sooner you can get us the dates the better so grassroots Democrats can plan to attend (i.e. take time off work, find a babysitter, etc).
