Thank you Nebraska Democrats for an amazing turnout and participation at yesterdays Winter meeting. While we had a few bumps with the resolutions and seating of delegates, overall it was a great day! Thank you to our hosts Sarpy County Democrats!

Awesome Winter Meeting
- We collected an entire minivan of diapers for the Peoples City Mission
- We added 53 new monthly donors to our Party Builder project, you can sign up here to be a monthly donor
- We raised almost $1,000 in one time donations
- We gave out cool buttons and t-shirts to donors so we can all show our blue pride in our towns
- We made signs for health care rallies and #NoDAPL
- We introduced new projects like Blue Bench and Neb Dems in the Streets
- The two new staff members for the party are ready to serve all of you
- Over 10 candidates were at the meeting and introduced themselves to the full SCC body and guests
- State Senators McDonnell, Vargas and Crawford stopped by to show us they care! Mayoral candidate Heath Mello gave speeches to the Working Families and YDA Caucus
- We voted on dates for our next 4 meetings so we can all plan around these key dates (see below)

Lincoln rally: because of freezing rain, this will be postponed for a new date at the State Capitol with Sen. Morfeld to expand Medicaid
