With the blessing of the Danner family, the NDP Black Caucus would like to honor an African American individual in the community with the First Annual Senator Edward Danner Award.

Please submit information to nominate someone who has or continues to severe the community through Community service in and outside of office, had/has an impact while in office or within the party and overall life accomplishments that impact the African American Community when it comes to voting rights, and/or social justice in the community.

The deadline for award nomination submissions is on Sept. 30th, 2019 at 5 p.m. CT.
