For the first time in the history of the Nebraska Democratic Party, slate cards were mailed to voters across the state today listing, by county, the more than 850 Democratic candidates running for offices in the November election.
“The NDP staff worked long and hard on this massive project to make sure Democratic voters in all 93 Nebraska counties get out to vote and know who their candidates are — from the U.S. Senate and House races, to the races for governor and other statewide offices and scores of local contests for school boards, county boards and Mayors,” said NDP Chair Jane Kleeb.

“This is just one part of our ongoing effort to build the Democratic Party and to get Democrats elected,” Kleeb said. “Democrats believe we all do better, when we all do better. It’s our job now to make sure voters know who the Democrats are on the ballot.”
