We’ve developed innovative voter-contact programs—from our 93-County Voter Guides to our Block Captain network—that are now being replicated in states across the country. We are raising the resources, recruiting the candidates, and building the durable party infrastructure that wins elections at every level. We grow our party so our values—freedom, liberty, justice, fairness, and a strong and expanding middle class—are not just slogans but become the reality for ALL. Our values show up in the candidates we support, the stories we tell, and the policies our elected officials fight for– from local school boards to the State Legislature. Some may write Nebraska off as a red state or a “flyover” state. Proud Nebraska Democrats know the truth: we are the heart of America. We sit in the center of the country—in the middle of EVERYWHERE. And today, we are seeing blue dots growing in every corner of our state. We are building a movement rooted in community, powered by conversations, and driven by the belief that every Nebraskan deserves a fair shot. WHERE WE ARE HEADED IN 2026 1- END THE GOP SUPERMAJORITY We must send 17 Democrats to the Unicameral. 2- ELECT A GOVERNOR Let’s go, Lynne Walz. 3- FLIP NE2 While we are at it, let’s reach for NE1 and NE3 too! 4- GROW BY 15% ACROSS THE BOARD Elect more local candidates, build more county parties, grow more young Dem chapters, and register more Democrats. 5- RAISE $2 MILLION Our budget is focused on building the party infrastructure, improving the brand, running our core voter engagement programs, and winning elections for Democrats up and down the ballot.
