Nebraska Democratic Party Statement on the House Approving the Release of the Epstein Files
LINCOLN, NE – The Nebraska Democratic Party Chair and DNC Vice Chair Jane Kleeb issued the following statement after the House of Representatives voted to release the Epstein Files:
“Despite Trump’s bullying, House Republicans saw the writing on the wall and voted with House Democrats to finally release the full Epstein Files on a vote of 427-1. The majority of Americans demanded nothing less. The US Senate now has an opportunity to do what’s right for the survivors of this horrific abuse and bring some justice. The question is whether Donald Trump does the right thing when the evidence is overwhelming. He can never call the pain and abuse the victims endured a hoax. Protecting pedophiles will never be a winning strategy, no matter who controls the government. We praise the courageous survivors in their tireless efforts to get us here today.”
