Nebraska Democratic Party Statement on President Joe Biden’s Ceasefire and Hostage Deal Today
LINCOLN, NE – The Nebraska Democratic Party Chair Jane Kleeb issues the following statement regarding today’s developments on a ceasefire and hostage deal by President Joe Biden.
“Americans have pled for humanitarian relief for families in Palestine and freedom for those Israelis held captive. We are grateful for President Biden’s steady leadership. He kept his promise and never gave up on the hostages and the hope that a ceasefire could be achieved. It is our hope that this ceasefire will hold and peace be achieved in the Middle East.”
